Abraham is to become a great and powerful nation, and all the nations of the earth will be blessed through him.
What brings us here?
From all corners of the world
Jesus died in order to save people from all the nations. Côte-des-Neiges is a place where you can see “all the nations” gather. As a church we all come from someplace different, but now have found ourselves calling Côte-des-Neiges home.
We have heard God calling for a new church to be planted in Côte-des-Neiges, specifically in The Triangle district; a church that not only reflects the multicultural reality of the community, but also the multicultural reality of His people worldwide. In Jesus Christ all the nations come together and form one family, and as followers of Jesus we need to embrace our brothers and sisters of all cultures and ethnicities. It is through our relationships with Jesus that we are able to have truly loving relationships with one another. This can be hard for some churches in areas dominated by one cultural group, and so we are thankful to God for bringing us to The Triangle, where the natural diversity allows us to bring the Bible’s multicultural vision to life.
The pins above represent the different places of origin of our church family.
Lord, who will not fear and glorify your name? For you alone are holy. All the nations will come and worship before you because your righteous acts have been revealed.
God brought us together
Our journeys are different and our backgrounds are diverse, yet we are now a family because of our faith in Jesus. We have been brought together in a new local church through the circumstances that God placed in our lives.
Unity in Christ
In Jesus we overcome our differences and join together as our Creator designed us to. It is our mission and prayer to plant and harvest unity and love within our church family and be able to help other churches do the same.
We love our community
We share a common love for our neighbourhood in Côte-des-Neiges and The Triangle, and we endeavour to be an integral part of the community through sharing the love of Jesus through both word and deed.
